The online Vendor Portal allows any owner of a grocery store located in your state to apply for authorization as a WIC grocery vendor.
This portal allows you to perform the following tasks:
Create and modify an account
Add a user to the account
Modify a user account
Change and reset passwords
Create and maintain price surveys
Please note the following:
Vendors cannot accept WIC drafts until all application requirements are met, including:
completing forms and submitting supporting documents
passing a site visit
completing a training program
receiving an authorization letter from WIC
Completion of this online application does not guarantee WIC vendor authorization. Submission of false information will result in denial of the application.
